As DOEN searched for opportunities to help its partners, the team was eager to leverage Getro to support its growing network. As the Team Officer of the investment team, Katinka Ros acts as the key liaison between portfolio partners and Getro. She oversees partner onboarding, facilitates seamless communication, and provides ongoing support to the portfolio.

Since launching the job board in April, the average number of monthly visitors to the page has been 1,120. The DOEN team is excited to continue to build on this momentum through posting regularly on LinkedIn and their company newsletter.
The job board has significantly enhanced the visibility of job opportunities for DOEN's partners. The "likely applied" metric provides valuable insights into candidate interest which further validates the job board's impact in attracting talent.
Starting in September, DOEN plans to expand the number of partners using the Getro platform. This expansion aims to increase the reach of the job board and support a larger number of start-ups in their search for skilled, impact-driven individuals.
Since launching, Getro's user-friendly interface, efficient support, and impactful features have streamlined the process of managing job listings. This allows DOEN to better support its partners in reaching potential candidates.
